Pacific DataVision, Inc. ("PDV") is committed to maintaining the privacy of personally identifiable information about users of this SkyMail® web site ("Site") such as names or e-mail addresses and will collect such information about you only when you knowingly and voluntarily submit it.

• PDV does not sell, rent, or otherwise convey personally identifiable information about users of the Site to third parties other than members of its authorized dealer network.
• PDV will not use personally identifiable information about users of the Site for the purpose of broadcasting unsolicited e-mail advertisements or newsletters and will transmit such newsletters or bulletins only to individuals that specifically request to subscribe.
• PDV reserves the right to send SkyMail subscribers certain communications related to the SkyMail service, such as new feature announcements or service bulletins, without requiring that you opt-in to receive these, and without offering you the opportunity to opt-out of receiving them.
• PDV also will not authorize use of personally identifiable information about users of the Site by members of its authorized dealer network for the purpose of broadcasting unsolicited e-mail newsletters or bulletins.
• If your SkyMail subscription is provided by your employer or a third party, we may notify your employer or that third party when you access the Services. In doing so, we may reveal limited amounts of your personally identifiable information such as your name or email address. In some cases, your employer or the third party providing your access may provide us with limited amounts of personal information about you to facilitate your access to the Services and so that we may identify you when providing it with user and usage information. Your employer or third party provider may also be able to access your SkyMail account, and monitor the contents of your messages and the identity of your message recipients.
• The messages sent by you to your recipients via the SkyMail service may contain information about becoming a SkyMail subscriber, subscribing to a compatible wireless telephone service, and/or other such information as PDV believes may be of interest to recipients of SkyMail messages.
• PDV may use personally identifiable information about users of the Site in aggregate form to make the Site better and more responsive to the interests of such users. Statistical compilations of such information also may be used by PDV or provided to others for marketing, advertising, or research purposes.
• PDV may occasionally release information about our visitors when release is appropriate to comply with law, to enforce our Terms of Use or Subscriber License Agreement, or to protect the rights, property or safety of visitors to our site, our customers, the public, or PDV. As our business grows, we may buy or sell various assets. In the unlikely event that PDV or substantially all of its assets are acquired by another company, information on our visitors would be among the transferred assets.
